These terms govern your use of inhandsomebarbell.com (the "Site") and, where noted below, your membership and use of the In-Handsome Barbell facility at 14900 SW 136th St Ste 103, Miami, FL 33186. By using the Site or the gym, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

This Site is provided for informational purposes — learning about our gym, membership options, remote coaching, and blog content. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Memberships & Purchases

Memberships, day/week passes, and pay-in-full plans are sold and managed through GymMaster and Square, both external platforms with their own terms of service. Pricing shown on this Site is accurate to the best of our knowledge but final pricing, billing, and renewal terms are governed by the checkout platform at time of purchase. Pay-in-full plans are non-refundable as stated at checkout. Membership enrollment is subject to approval, and all members must agree to the full Membership Agreement, facility rules, and execute all required waivers and liability releases prior to activation.

Membership Cancellation

• Memberships may be canceled with 15 days' written notice submitted via the designated gym contact method.
• Billing continues during the 15-day notice period.
• No prorated refunds are issued.
• Prepaid memberships are non-refundable.

Membership Holds / Freezes

• Members may place their membership on hold for up to 2 months free of charge within any 18-month period.
• After the initial 2 complimentary months, additional hold time incurs a monthly holding fee equal to 20% of the member's current rate.
• Maximum total hold duration is 6 months within any 18-month period, inclusive of the 2 complimentary months.
• Hold eligibility resets every 18 months from the date the first hold begins.
• Hold requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the approved hold period.

In-Handsome Barbell reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of gym policies or conduct deemed detrimental to the facility or its members.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

This section summarizes the Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement that all members and guests sign before using the facility. The signed agreement, not this summary, is the legally binding document.

Participation in strength training, powerlifting, conditioning, open gym use, and use of equipment at In-Handsome Barbell involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains or tears, broken bones, falls, dropped weights, equipment malfunction, contact with equipment or other individuals, illness, permanent disability, and death. In-Handsome Barbell operates on a 24/7 model, and staff may not be present at all times. By training here, members and guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and presence at the facility — whether arising from their own actions, the actions of other members or guests, equipment condition, lack of supervision during unstaffed hours, or the condition of the premises.

In consideration for being permitted to access and use the facility, members and guests waive, release, and hold harmless In-Handsome Barbell Corporation — including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, agents, and representatives — from claims, damages, or losses arising from participation, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, including claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law.

Members and guests agree to use equipment properly, re-rack weights, use collars when appropriate, and follow posted rules and staff instructions. In-Handsome Barbell reserves the right to revoke access at its sole discretion for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or conduct inconsistent with the training environment. Security cameras operate throughout the facility for safety, incident documentation, and legitimate business purposes. Guests may only enter with express authorization, and the member bringing a guest assumes responsibility for them.

A full copy of the current Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement is available on request and must be signed on-site or digitally before facility access is granted.

Media Release & Consent

By training at or visiting In-Handsome Barbell, members and guests grant In-Handsome Barbell Corporation permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture their likeness, image, voice, and/or performance at the facility, and to use that media — in whole or in part — for legitimate business purposes including social media, marketing, website content, advertising, and educational materials. No compensation is owed for this use; participation and access are the sole consideration for this release. All media captured remains the sole property of In-Handsome Barbell Corporation. Members or guests who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify staff directly.

Remote Coaching

Remote coaching services are provided on an individual basis and scoped during a discovery call. Coaching fees, scope, and cancellation terms are agreed upon directly with your coach and are not processed through this Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, logos, and the "In-Handsome Barbell" and "Lift Handsome." marks — belongs to In-Handsome Barbell and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer

This Site and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information (pricing, hours, schedules) accurate and current, but do not guarantee it is free of errors. Always confirm pricing and availability directly with us or through the official checkout platforms before purchasing.
